Commission of Education and Learning

The Commission of Education and Learning was created in order to advance the education mission of the Western United States Pipe Band Association.

In April 2013, John Partanen and Tom Foley were appointed WUSPBA Commissioners of Education and Learning.  Their primary mission is the development and establishment of a WUSPBA School of Music whereby students would be able to earn full university credit for course work established by the school.  More details will be forthcoming in the near future.
