Following our existing Bylaws, the deadline for submission of any proposed changes to the WUSPBA Bylaws or Contest Rules is Tuesday, October 17, 2023 at midnight PST. Proposed changes will be posted on the WUSPBA website for membership to review at least 30 days prior to the AGM, which is scheduled for December 2, 2023.
