We are saddened to hear of the passing of Richard Paul Blandford, who passed away on November 11, 2013. "Pops" as he was known to many of us was the father of Kevin Blandford from the Kevin R Blandford Memorial Pipe Band. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family.
