Southern Branch,
It is time to hold elections again for Southern Branch officers. All four spots are currently up, but we will be voting to extend the Vice President and Secretary positions for one year so that we can return to our normal election cycle. The positions are:
President (2 years)
Vice President (1 year)
Treasurer (2 years)
Secretary (1 year)
Please send me your nominations for these positions no later than Friday May 8th, 2015. Nominations should be sent to my email at [email protected].
Additionally, if you have any bylaws proposals, you may send those as well.
The elections will take place at our Annual General Meeting on Saturday May 23rd immediately after closing ceremonies at the Costa Mesa games. It will be held in the band competition area.
