Waiver Granted for City of Sacramento Pipe Band

A waiver was granted to the City of Sacramento Pipe Band by the Executive Committee of the WUSPBA on Sunday, August 28, 2021, to allow them to change their status from a Juvenile band to a regular Grade 5 band, and to waive the 15-day deadline to add personnel to the roster. This permitted the band to supplement their roster with two adult players in advance of the Pleasanton games following the sudden unavailability of several of their juvenile players due to various unplanned emergencies.
