The Executive Committee has been planning for the 2020 Annual General Meeting for the last several months. Naturally, the most challenging aspect of the planning revolves around the COVID situation, and so the AGM will be conducted on-line via Zoom.
The AGM is scheduled for 24 October, 2020.
The AGM will include provisions for discussing and voting on amendments to Bylaws and Contest Rules, secret ballot for officer elections, and virtual workshops and panel discussions.
Further details will be forthcoming regarding registration, voting, and the Zoom meeting procedures.
