We require this information to conduct business of the association, such as tracking competition results and providing educational opportunities. We do not voluntarily provide your information to any third parties unless you specify that we may do so when you register each year.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. We are primarily a volunteer organization but we nonetheless do our best to keep your information as private you would expect for any organization.

E-mail messages that you send to the WUSPBA
E-mail messages you send to officers and staff of WUSPBA may be subject to public inspection or legal disclosure and may be stored indefinitely. E-mail addresses obtained as a result of a request to officer and staff addresses listed on this website will not be provided to third parties for marketing purposes.

E-mail messages that WUSPBA sends to you
WUSPBA does not send out unsolicited commercial marketing e-mail messages. WUSPBA is a 501(c)(3) educational non-profit and has no commercial interests. However, WUSPBA does send out e-mail messages pertaining to your membership and association business. Membership renewals are sent via e-mail, for instance. News, competition results, workshops, competition entry forms availability and other general announcements are sent out via the WUSPBAnews Yahoo group and requires you to specifically sign up in order to receive these notices. (A webpage on how to sign up for WUSPBAnewsis available on this site.)

How we use cookies
